  • Our team arrives early to familiarize ourselves with the venue and coordinate with organizers. Throughout the event, we capture authentic moments while blending naturally into the environment.

    Depending on your package, we'll document:

    • Guest interactions and candid moments

    • Speakers, presentations, and performances

    • Venue details and décor

    • Group photos and key milestones

    • Brand activations and sponsor highlights

  • You'll receive:

    • A private online gallery with high-resolution downloads (photography)

    • Professionally edited highlight reel or event film (videography)

    • Files optimized for both web and social media, when applicable

    • Sneak peak gallery containing edited highlight images for rapid social media posting, for select packages

    Typical turnaround times:

    • Photography: 5 business days
